What do you do in life beside serve on the library board?
My husband, Dell, was a practicing physician in internal medicine prior to retiring in March 2000. He still serves on the board of directors of ETMC Jacksonville. We are members of the Central Baptist Church and truly love our church home.

Why do you serve on the library board?
Love of words, thoughts, ideas, and history captured and shared.

What is your "dream wish" for the library?
That the library will endure and provide a quiet, peaceful place for learning, exploring and discussion, and interaction. An alternative to the much confrontive agitation and mental static served up by television programming.
