Friends of the Jacksonville Public Library will hold a two-day sale of previously read books and magazines on Friday and Saturday, March 24-25. The sale benefits the library and offers a chance to add to one's personal library at rock-bottom prices.

The sale will be held in the library auditorium at 502 South Jackson, the southwest corner of South Jackson and Nacogdoches Streets in Jacksonville. On Friday, March 24, the doors will be open from 10 a.m. through 6 p.m., and on Saturday, March 25, from 10 a.m. through 5 p.m.

Friends is pleased to have the participation of members of the National Honor Society at Jacksonville High School, chaired by Sarah Ross. For more information on the sale, or to donate material for sale, call Dona Ralston at 586-4580 or Claudine Mellinger at 586-1039.
